Absolutely dismal experience! The room was infested with cockroaches, and the lack of basic amenities is a travesty. I was expecting to be treated like royalty, yet had to put down a ridiculous security deposit just to feel safe. What a letdown! I almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn't.

The early check-in made a huge difference, especially after a long flight. The front office staff's warm welcome really set a positive tone. The location's proximity to the US Embassy felt convenient. Just a short walk away. I had a Standard Double Room that was decently sized, fitting my needs for a quick stop. The air conditioning in my room struggled a bit, with leaks that interrupted my sleep. It was a bit noisy from the hallways, hard to relax at times. The overall cleanliness was alright at check-in, but I expected more thorough maintenance in the room. Could use improvements in soundproofing and maintenance of appliances.

Location really close to that clinic, Philippines, and banks, convenience store, fast foods. For shots visit Cowboy Grill Mabini, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel...

I stayed 2 nights in a Standard Single Room. It had air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom with a bidet. The room was nice and clean with good toiletries. The location was close to Robinsons Mall and a 24-hour McDonald's. Receptionists were polite.
